• You/your family has allergies and/or asthma.
• You have young children or elderly family living with you.
• You have pets.
• You have smokers in the house.
Control - Dust And Other Contaminants By Cleaning The Central Air System
According to the EPA, levels of air pollution inside the home can be two to five times higher than outdoor levels. Household dust can contain mites, mold, mildew, pollen and animal dander – all of which is cycled through the central air system, which completely circulates that air in your home three to five times a day.
How Your Ducts Are
Cleaned Makes A Difference
The Two Methods
There are two ways to effectively clean your duct work: the negative air method and the brush and vacuum method. The negative air method involves blocking off your air returns and vents, then cutting a hole in your duct work. A large hose is attached to the hole and a truck mounted vacuum sucks out the debris. This method works, but can leave caked-on material behind.
We use the system that homeowners prefer 3 to 1:
The Rotobrush brush and vacuum method that scrubs your duct work while it vacuums up debris. And, since the system is portable, there is no need to cut a hole in your duct work for hose access.
Video Inspection
Determine whether cleaning is necessary.
Inspect for improperly joined junctions which are causing leaks. Also so you can see the job was done properly.
Brush and Vacuum System
A rotating brush scrubs the walls of the ductwork and any debris is vacuumed up immediately. Our equipment uses HEPA filters to keep the dust in the machine and only clean air is returned to your home.
Anti-microbial Application
After the ducts are cleaned, we apply a sanitizer to kill any microbial items not see by the naked eye.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Unfortunately thousands of homes each year experience home fires due to clogged dryer vents. Remove the fire hazard and save a little money from not having to run the dryer extra cycles.
